From a lawyer’s perspective, property law involves legally safeguarding the ownership, use and transfer of immovable property in accordance with the Land Code, as well as protecting the rights of the parties in tenancy agreements.
Our work includes, amongst other things, drafting and reviewing purchase agreements, handling mortgage deeds and registration matters with the Swedish Mapping, Cadastral and Land Registration Authority (Lantmäteriet). In the field of tenancy law, we assist both landlords and tenants in matters relating to residential and commercial tenancies, including the drafting and interpretation of tenancy agreements, terminations, renegotiations and disputes.
We also provide legal advice in disputes concerning, for example, defects in property, easements, rights of use and tenancy arrangements. In the context of property development or land subdivision, the regulations under the Real Property Formation Act come into play, and we assist throughout the entire process.

Construction Law
We assist clients and contractors with advice on construction law, with a particular focus on disputes.
We handle matters relating to additional works, liability for defects and delays, termination of contracts, and financial settlements, both in negotiations and in court, drawing on our extensive litigation experience.
